Can I be inside festival grounds without a Boomer Button?

All those entering festival grounds must do so through an official gate which requires the purchase of a Boomer Button.  Those without Boomer Buttons or those not entering through an official gate will be escorted from the festival grounds.  See FESTIVAL RULES.
